REQUIREMENTS: - BS in Civil Engineering (or equivalent experience) with at least 5+ years experience in an estimating role within marine construction
- At least 5+ years experience with HCSS construction estimating software
- Strong understanding and experience with costs of wharves, peers, bulkheads, abutments, cofferdams, and concrete pile driving
