Denver, Colorado Millwork & Cabinetry manufacturer has an open lead estimator position.  Company is primarily commercial with some residential.

POSITION ENTAILS:

• Customer management and expert negotiation.
  
• Bid architectural millwork to general contractors, architects and home owners
  
• Must perform accurate take-off's & aquire specific vendor quotes
  
• Bids must be performed by deadline.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Expert negotiation skills
  
• Millwork experience
  
• Accurate take-off abilities
  
• Expert customer management skills
  
• Existing customer base preferred
