Come Join our team as an Estimator/Project Manager.  The job requires a Construction Management Degree, 5 years previous estimating and construction project management, 10 years construction field experience, and good computer skills.

A little about our company:  We have been serving the Dallas/Fort Worth area and surrounding counties for 28 years.  We under take residential and commercial foundation repair projects.  We also do restoration and new construction for residential and commercial  structures.  So we are looking for someone with a diverse background in the construction industry.  Drafting and good computer skills are a big plus.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

• Meeting with new and previous clients on upcoming projects
• Establish scope of work
• Estimate projects. (Structural, Residential, and Commercial)
• Work with staff and sub contractors to produce projects.
• Locating and ordering materials
• over see project cost, billing and completion.

The position is ready to be filled immediately.  The right person would work as a Junior Estimator assisting other Estimator/Project Managers on there projects with opportunity to advance to your own.
