 ESTIMATOR/PROJECT MANAGER for a Small, High-end Retail,Interior Finish,General Contractor.




PERSONAL:

Personable, honest, dependable, and detail-oriented.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Computer  skills to include MS Office and MS Projects at a minimum. 

Pass a TSA background  security check.

Willing to submit to drug testing. 

Good driving  record.


ESTIMATING:

Complete an initial review of the Bid Documents and Plans. 

Solicit subcontractor and material quotes.

Produce quantity take-offs  and pricing of all areas of work. 

Analyze all subcontractor and material quotes.

Compile all quotes to arrive at a final price. 

Timely prepare and submit the Bid Proposal.


PROJECT MANAGING:

Assist with compiling all Pre-construction Meeting materials. 

Purchase materials and write  detailed subcontracts.

Solicit, review & submit subcontractor and material submittals to Architect/Owner for approval. 

Coordinate with field personnel, Architect & Owner to resolve issues & problems as they arise. 

Prepare Change Orders.

Prepare interim and final Applications  for Payment.

Review and approve subcontractor and materials  invoices. 

Prepare and submit  all required Closeout Documents.
