Technekesinside sales support representativeswork here in Morrisville, NC (a mile from the Raleigh airport), reaching out to farmers across the U.S., sharing information to help them make chemical decisions for their farms, capturing theirfeedback and concerns, andeducating themabout our clients’ products. The full time shift is Monday through Thursday 11:30am to 10:00pm.
We hire top level talent, looking for individual style which makes for dynamic customer conversations. We then provide in-depth training and market know-how, so you’ll have every industry advantage.
Responsibilities
· Communicate the benefits and features of our client’s products, while engaging in conversational discussions about their farming practices via phone
· Act as our client’s advocate and representative, delivering accurate information, excellent service and addressing concerns as appropriate
· Maintain a positive customer experience
· Seek out and identify relevant trends and then, share findings with management
· Closely follow a call guide, while adapting to own personal style
· Follows standard operating procedures when documenting customer complaints and issues
· Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
· Share best practices with peers in order to improve overall performance
· Generate ideas for improving the sales process and making the program a success
· Bring a proactive, positive attitude, and passion for success to work everyday!
Credentials
· Strong knowledge of customer service techniques and background/experience in customer service and support – agricultural backgrounda strong plusbut is not necessary
· Excellent typing and record-keeping skills
· Well-spoken in English language; communicating clearly and concisely
· Strong writing skills; spelling, grammar, punctuation as well as sentence structure
· Comfortable with Microsoft Office and willing to learn our proprietary computer applications
· Anunderstandingof agricultural chemical products or ag-related coursework a strong plus
