You will coach the client by providing information and suggestions pertaining to events. The Event Planning Manager disseminates appropriate information to the operational departments and acts as liaison between the clients and the operation in order to meet client's needs and expectations. Will also work directly with Event Staff assigning and following up on tasks and assignments. and ensure the contracts are successfully booked and the appropriate space is reserved for events. The Event Planning Manager will predict future demand and proactively manage the demand for the event center.
Ideal candidates will possess a bachelor's degree and at least two years of Event Planning and/or Marketing experience. The ability to manage in a diverse environment with focus on client and customer services is essential. The ideal candidate is able to multi-task and work well under time constraints, and is well organized, detail oriented and able to make productive and efficient decisions The Event Planning Manager communicates daily to ensure all client requests are handled efficiently and accurately.
