OPERATIONS MANAGER/EVENT SPECIALIST:
Characteristic Duties and Responsibilities:
- Event Sales and Operations Management
- Provide Administrative duties, including telephone and reception coverage.
- Create and manage employee scheduling and supervise operations.
- Conduct event appointments with clients, creating a vision, collaborate in design, and manage event execution.
- Assist and facilitate special projects and problem solving with all staff members as needed.
- Full time position with occasional overtime.
- Extensive independence, initiative, and judgment are necessary in the execution of responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Must have strong management and organization skills.
- Extensive knowledge and working experience with personal computers and considerable knowledge of MS Office are necessary.
- Ability to work in team approach, and excellent interpersonal skills are required.
- Excellent written and verbal skills are required.
- Candidate must be detail oriented with strong multi-tasking ability.
