5 to 7 years heavy Exchange/Active Directory experience in large enterprise environments.
VMware experience.
They will need some heavy migration experience as well, especially from Exchange 2003 to 2007.
Strong high availability/Microsoft Clustering experience.
Strong people skills and the ability to work on their own in a high pressure environment.
MSCE Certification highly desired.
