Mansfield Oil Company is seeking a highly motivated self-starter to work as a Tax Accountant in the Gainesville office.  The Tax Accountant will be responsible for the following:

• Preparing tax returns and general ledger account reconciliations timely and accurately


• Staying abreast of tax law changes and understanding the impact on the company


• Utilizing excel effectively to complete returns and analysis


• Other duties as assigned

Candidate must be able to multi-task effectively and possess strong analytical skills. Proficiency with excel is required. Candidate will be required to learn and understand Canadian tax laws and reporting standards and must be able to work with deadlines. Petroleum experience a plus.
