Executive Administrative Assistant
Our client, a professional services firm in the loop, is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant. This position supports two partners with administrative type functions. The ideal candidate is professional, ambitious, assertive, and responsible and should also be comfortable delegating workflow to peers.
Responsibilities:
· Compiles data, develops reports, and directs preparation of records.
· Executes special projects as delegated by the partners.
· Coordinates and communicates a hectic appointment schedule.
· Arranges travel schedule and reservations; works with corporate travel.
· Composes and prepares correspondence.
· Files correspondence and other records.
· Performs various support duties for other executive staff as needed.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university.
· At least five years of executive support experience.
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
· Highly organized, detail-oriented and effective at multi-tasking.
· Proficiency Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
· Familiarity with general database management a plus.
