Cutting-edge company, located just outside of Boston, is currently looking to hire an Executive Administrative Assistant to provide one-on-one support to a top level Exec!! In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling meetings and conference calls as well as coordinating all associated logistics; arranging detailed international and domestic travel plans and itineraries; creating, editing and distributing correspondence, reports and other documents; preparing travel expense reports; answering and routing incoming telephone calls and e-mail inquiries; typing memos and preparing confidential materials; and handling special projects as needed. The qualified Executive Administrative Assistant must have a minimum of a High School diploma; 5+ years of senior administrative experience; advanced technical knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite; and superior communication, organizational and multitasking skills and the ability to interface with all levels. Some college is preferred and ideal candidates will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment!!
