We are currently seeking Executive Advisors in our Finance Practice.  The Executive Advisor is responsible for interacting almost continuously with members to foster deep, broad intimacy with assigned memberships and/or customer segments; applying and packaging our resources to meet member challenges; and sensing patterns among customer needs to influence the rolling research and event calendar. 
 
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


  • Speak with and advise members on their primary challenges
  • Demonstrate “practice-best” expertise in key industry/terrain areas and apply expertise with multiple audiences. 
  • Establish external recognition as expert (industry and/or terrain)
  • Interact with members through written communications, check in calls, phone consultations, short-term engagements, in-person briefings, webinars and meetings
    • Design and execute on full day meetings, blue-chip/tier-one meetings and facilitate portions of cross-finance/strategy conferences
    • Responsible for final editing/sign off on content for key events/deliverables
  • Use client intelligence to drive the creation of innovative service strategies and/or product across multiple constituencies
  • Partner with Insight Channels to create the rolling research and event calendar
    • Responsible for driving innovation in ExA/ Insight Channel partnership
    • Commission insight from the IC based on member feedback and market intelligence; helps scope projects
    • Provide feedback to the Insight Channels on ongoing research and product creation projects; participates in and provides feedback during checkpoint meetings and other stages of the strategic research process
    • Surface potential tactics and new terrain areas and communicate them to Strategic Research
  • Support revenue functions
    • Work with PS/Revenue to create and execute effective strategies that help program or stack achieve optimal CV outcomes
    • Participate on calls with members and prospects to diagnose issues and deliver insight and value “in the moment”.  Go-to person for MRT & Tier One calls
  • Related duties as assigned
