Key Duties/Responsibilities:
This position reports to AEC’s General Manager and provides critical support specifically in the following areas of responsibility:
- Coordinate meeting schedules for GM and Leadership Team as needed
- Operate as travel coordinator including the following:
- Draft and edit as required formal business correspondences
- Answer/screen phone calls including those of a sensitive business nature
- Coordinate/Assist with VIP visitor coordination
- Make and maintain organizational charts
- Provide occasional Quality Support, particularly with regard to supplier surveys
- Assist with annual trade show planning
- Various administrative support for GM (and other management team members as needed)
- Ability to handle work of a sensitive and confidential nature
