Summary: To provide administrative support to the General Manager, Director of DSD Sales, Region Controller and Region Sales Manager. This person will also act as a liaison between various departments and offices.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Schedule and organize complex activities such as meetings, travel, and department activities for all members of the Senior Management Team.
* Answer and screen phone calls for General Manager.
* Assist the leadership team in the management of their schedules.
* Organizes programs, events, meetings or conferences by arranging facilities and caterers, issuing information or invitations, coordinating speakers and controlling event budget.
* Prepares agendas, memos, general correspondence, business plans, charts, graphs, meeting minutes and for leadership team.
* Run and analyze month-end financial reports.
* Prepare and analyze monthly volume reports, sales reports and other reports for sales team.
* Prepare the leadership teams expense reports and track expenses.
* Prepare payroll time sheets bi-weekly and track exceptions for staff.
* Process invoices as necessary.
* Reconciles corporate credit card account(s).
* Schedule company-wide use of local conference rooms.
* Maintain central filing for the office.
' Sort and distribute mail, prepare outgoing interoffice mail daily and manage Fed-ex supplies and account information.
* Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.

Qualification/Requirements:
* Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.
* Must be able to interact and communicate both verbally and written with individuals at all levels of the organization.
* Work requires continual attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
* Adapts well to changes in the work environment, manages competing demands and is able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events.
* Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner, gathers and analyzes information skillfully and maintains confidentiality.
* Consistently arrives to work and on time, follows instructions, responds to management direction and solicits feedback to improve performance.
* Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.
* Must be a team player with an outgoing, positive, can-do attitude.
* Must take ownership of position and strive to deliver above expectations.
* Must have expert knowledge of a variety of Microsoft computer software applications to include: Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint.

Skills/Experience:
* Minimum of 5 years experience as an executive administrative assistant
* Business Degree Preferred
* Typing skills of 60 WPM
* Knowledge of office machines and standard office procedures
