About the Company The Company is large global investment firm with offices around the world. This company attracts top talent from major universities around the globe and values diversity. About the JobThis is a long term temporary oppotunity on the Executive Floor. The employee will float between various department supporting between 2-5 Executives at a time. Obtaining a position in this department is an incredibly competitive process and requires strong background and technical excellence.
Responsibilities Extensive calendar organization, handles high volume of phone calls and emails. Relays information in a timely manner, coordinates and schedules meetings, conferences and special events. Coordinates travel arrangements and assists with TandE reports. Takes on ad hoc projects while maintaining work flow and miscellaneous general office duties and administrative support. Comfortable working with people at all organizational levels.
Requirements 2-5 years Administrative experience, ideally in financial services BA Preferred Strong MS Office Skills High level of professionalism and discression Fluency in French or Spanish a plus
Salary and Benefits $23.00 per hour + overtime
