Job Description

OfficeTeam is currently searching for a talented and detail-oriented Executive Assistant for a growing Davenport business. This person will be the primary administrative support for the managing partner and CEO, and must have at least 10+ years of executive administrative experience. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for creating all correspondence & Power Point presentations, maintaining an elaborate appointment calendar, and will act as the "Right Hand" the managing partner and CEO. Our client is looking for someone who can work with out a lot of direction, and ask the right questions to get projects rolling.

Our client is looking for a candidate with no less than 10 years of executive administrative experience. Other requirements include an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Power Point and Microsoft Excel.
