Under the direction of the Managing Director, the Executive Assistant will perform a variety of complex and confidential administrative duties, including maintaining the Director’s schedule and coordinating meeting, as well as providing project coordination assistance. The Executive Assistant will participate in the preparation of business plans, proposals and presentations ensuring a high quality, professional product. This position requires the ability to work independently, exercising sound judgment and initiative.
Qualified candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of seven (7) years of experience supporting a senior executive(s), and supervisory experience is preferred. Qualified candidates must be highly professional and diplomatic and have strong oral and written communication skills, and must possess the ability to ensure the integrity of the executive office by maintaining the highest level of confidentiality. Expert level competence with Microsoft 2007; Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio is required.
