Fine Dining and Casual Dining Managers
Will oversee front of the house operations for full service restaurants with sales volumes from $2-5 million. Openings in Birmingham, Ann Arbor, Royal Oak, Metro Airport area, Troy, Livonia, and Downriver. Prefer Hospitality Degree, previous corporate restaurant training.

Sous Chef & Line Chefs—Birmingham
Scratch kitchen, prefer Culinary Graduates, hands on positions, must enjoy creativity, 5 day week, medical benefits offered!!

Chef Managers-Food Service –Great Monday – Friday hours $30-40,000
Will oversee staff of 2-4 in corporate cafes serving company employees.

Restaurant Director of Operations
Oversee 7 full service restaurants in Detroit area.

Personal Chef- $50-60,000  Bloomfield Hills
Executive Family, must enjoy variety in meal preparation.  Will do all food shopping, lots of family dinner parties.

Hotel Banquet Management $60-65,000
Luxury Hotel property with extensive meeting facilities seeks candidate with previous banquet captain/management experience. Will oversee both corporate and elegant social catering events. Great benefits, opportunity for advancement.

Candidates with ties to the Michigan area are preferred.
