This position is responsible for providing highly diverse administrative support for two Senior Executive. Responsible for organizing the resources needed to meet the goals and objectives of the Executives' business operations. This includes the gathering of information, processing and tracking of information/reports/data and responsible for quality assurance for the execution.

This role will require time management and detail orientation skills. The role requires a constant dialogue between internal departments (i.e. divisional finance departments, HR, Marketing, GMs and President's Office) in addition to other administrative assistants. Judgment and decision making will be used in problem solving/innovation to complete tasks. Detail orientation will be required to maintain the quality of deliverables. This role will require moderate to high levels of supervision.

1. Coordinating and preparing meeting materials and agendas
2. Coordinating Calendars, Travel, and preparing expense reports
3. Preparing reports, charts and presentations
4. Processing Purchase Orders and submitting invoices for approval
5. Creating, organizing, and managing files
6. Working on special projects as required

'3 years, plus, of prior administrative experience in a corporate environment
'High School Diploma required
'Possess a high degree of professionalism and handle highly confidential information
'Possess extremely strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with people at all levels both internal and external.
'Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks while maintaining priorities
'Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint).
'Strong ability to document processes and status with great attention to detail.
'Customer-service orientation and creativity in problem-solving.
'Ability to work in a team and to communicate in a clear way.
