The Executive Chef is responsible for all culinary activities and all kitchen/food preparation staff for the Casino’s various food services, including kiosks, restaurants, catering, and any other delivery of food service to the gaming/resort guest. This executive will provide management of daily operations and participate at a high level in strategic planning. The Executive Chef is a key member of the Food and Beverage Team. Salary is dependent upon experience. A completed application will include a cover letter with any salary requirements and references.
