The Executive Chef  is responsible for all culinary activities and all kitchen/food preparation staff for the Casino’s various food services, including kiosks, restaurants, catering, and any other delivery  of food service to the gaming/resort guest.  This executive will provide management of daily operations and participate at a high level in strategic planning.  The Executive Chef is a key member of the Food and Beverage Team.   Salary is dependent upon experience.  A completed application will include a cover letter with any salary requirements and references.  Native American Preference Policy applies, all applicants welcome.  Position closes on Thursday November 5, 2009 at 5:00 pm.  Please contact Human Resources at (530) 243-3377 ext. 1157 for more information.
