Successful restaurant group seeking Executive Chef to join our fast paced, growing, cutting edge restaurant team. Mininum 5 years experience in regional Italian cuisine. Candidate MUST speak fluent Italian and English (Spanish a plus). Executive Chef is responsible for all aspects of the kitchen including but not limited to purchasing, quality control, inventory, menu costing, staffing, training, motivating.
