Executive Director's Personal Assistant
The Executive Director of the Institute for Behavior Change (a provider of mental health treatment services to children in the Southeastern PA region since 1996) is seeking an Executive Personal Assistant. Bachelor's or higher degree in psychology required. Experience with electronic claims processing and accounts payable reconciliation preferred. Responsible for monitoring and maintaining excellence and productivity of all clinical service providers and administrative office management staff.
This is a full time position in a modern Exton office suite close to the PA Turnpike. Excellent phone, computer (especially MS Office products) and social media skills required. Competitive compensation package including paid health insurance (including vision, dental and prescription benefits) for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and detail oriented person.
