Responsibilities include all aspects of operations including marketing, census development, community relations, implementation of policies and procedures, budget adherence and regulatory compliance. Excellent skills in staff management, customer service, and team building are a must. Prefer candidates with Bachelor’s Degree and 2 to 5 years experience in a management position in senior resident services.
