Requirements Company's Ideal Candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Minimum age requirement of 18.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; or equivalent experience and knowledge required. Masters degree in business or related field preferred.
- Experience in health care sales and/or management with P&L responsibility.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct professional and administrative personnel.
- Demonstrated history of sales and profit growth.
- Knowledge of business management and a working knowledge of the Medicare Hospice Benefit preferred.
- Understanding of Hospice care and the services provided to patient/family/caregiver through an interdisciplinary team.
- Compliance with accepted professional standards and practices and state and local administrative licensure requirements.
- Physical exam in accordance with state law requirements.
- Valid driver’s license with maintenance of good driving record and an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or company requirements and is in good working order.
- Satisfactory references from employers and/or professional peers.
- Satisfactory criminal background check.
- Excellent observation and communication skills.
- Self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision.
- Flexible and cooperative in fulfilling all obligations.
- Must be computer literate.
