Experience:

Licensed in the State of Indiana as a registered nurse or eligible to obtain an RN license

MSN or MBA

3-5 years experience in nursing administration  and management Experience required in a medium to large acute or tertiary care hospital encompassing all disciplines of patient care. 

Magnet experience and experience and Studer are two pluses to offer.



Description:

This role will report to the Chief Nursing Officer and collaborates with the Vice Presidents and departments leaders. Will identify trends in nursing and nursing management, clinical practice and education.

The person selected for this position will have demonstrated leadership and served their current hospital community showing the ability to bring your business experience, and nursing heart to be the Executive Director of Nursing at this 150 bed acute care hospital.

This hospital  embraces change. With an newly expanded ER, a New cardiothoracic program, a new cancer treatment center, and Now Magnet, this hospital has shown the ability to adapt to the Ever-changing demand for excellence in health care and the needs Of the community.    A  life long resident of this community,  the  President and CEO is a strong business leader with a keen sense For business development and building revenue streams. Along With  the Chief Nursing officer, new to this facility, who  offers Mentor ship and support for the Executive Director of Nursing, These dynamic teams needs another strong nursing professional Bringing a new set of eyes to guide and implement the new Nursing guidelines for Magnet status.
