Overall Objective:
Responsible for establishing the vision and leadership for the entire nursing staff and ensuring all Joint Commission standards are met. Oversees the nursing operation in terms of budget, hiring and training to ensure excellent patient care is delivered. High performance is essential in improving operational effectiveness and assuring customer satisfaction while managing aggressive geographic growth across the US.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Reports directly to the General Manager and Executive Vice President of Specialty Infusion.

· Ability to think and function at an organizational systems level, and to move beyond the boundaries of the discipline and clinical specialty.
· Ability to articulate the goals, philosophy and methods of interpersonal nurse services.
Education & Work Experience:
· Master's degree in Health Services Administration, Business Administration, Nursing or equivalent knowledge and experience required.
· 10+ years experience in hospital, specialty infusion or home health care operations is required with acute care clinical background preferred.
· 5+ years management and/or leadership experience required.
· Joint Commission accreditation experience required.
· Demonstrated leadership and problem solving abilities
· Intermediate computer skills with programs such as Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point.
