Job Summary:

-Under the general direction of the System's COO, responsible for leadership and management of pharmacy services

-Provide contemporary pharmaceutical care services too inpatients and outpatients through medication use systems, educational programs and research initiatives across the continuum of care

-Responsible for the successful achievement of strategic objectives and goals as identified through annual planning and as approved within the financial parameters of the annual budget process

Background required:

- 3+ years of managing 2 or more hospital pharmacies

-5+ years of pharmacy management experience

-Pharm D or MBA

-Licensed pharmacist in good standing
