Executive Recruiter/Account Executive

The Sussex Group is an executive search firm recruiting professionals for permanent positions. We are part of Management Recruiters International, Inc., the world's largest executive search and recruitment firm, with over 1000 offices worldwide. We currently have an exceptional opportunity for an Executive Recruiter/Account Executive in our office located along the beaches of DE in Lewes, DE.

Responsibilities include developing client relationships and selling our services over the telephone as well as candidate recruitment for top companies in a variety of industries.

Requirements:

Must be ambitious and have excellent communication skills

3+ years’ proven sales experience or success in the recruiting industry

Bachelor’s degree preferred

High energy level and a strong work ethic

Business development experience

Microsoft Office Skills (MS Word, Excel)
