Responsibilities:  

In a nutshell, you will be involved with all candidate recruiting and placement activities (i.e. including sourcing, recruiting, qualifying, representation, guiding…through placement and post-placement activities) for our retained search and high-commitment contingency search & recruiting assignments. 

Requirements:   

• BA/BS  
• Several years of candidate recruiting experience gained working for a retained executive search firm and/or specialty recruiting firm.
• Very good consultative skills (i.e. listening, probing, down-streaming…)
• Very good communication skills (oral and writing) 
• Ability to work effectively with a) professionals at all levels (staff through Sr. Leadership ranks), b) professionals working in multiple functional areas, and c) professionals with a wide range of personality traits/characteristics
• A proven track record of success in the executive search profession
