Your role: Responsible for the smooth operation of the entire kitchen cleaning and stewarding function; maintain financial responsibility for cost of goods and labor costs.  Fully responsible for scheduling and labor costs associated with sanitation.  Supervise activities of dishwashers.  Oversee inventory supplies, ordering and receiving.  Upholds sanitation standards to comply with Oklahoma State and local Health Department Regulations.

Our Expectations: Qualified associates must have: High School diploma or equivalent education.  Minimum 3 years experience as a Steward in a similar environment.  Ability to coach, develop, and train others.  Excellent organizational skills.  The ability to obtain a Choctaw Gaming License.
