Your role: Responsible for overall culinary operations of the kitchen and bakery or steakhouse.  Directs activities of kitchen staff, supervises, coaches.  Plans menus; maintains financial responsibility for the menu mix.  Oversee inventory supplies, ordering and receiving.  Upholds sanitation standards to comply with Oklahoma State and local Health Department Regulations.

Our Expectations: Qualified associates must have: High School diploma or equivalent education.  Culinary certification desirable.  Minimum 3 years culinary experience.  Ability to coach, develop, and train others.  Excellent organizational skills.  The ability to obtain a Choctaw Gaming License.
