About the Job

Beecher Carlson is a privately held insurance brokerage and risk management consulting firm that has experienced unprecedented industry growth over the past four years. Our business model is highly specialized with particular emphasis on technical and highly analytical service offerings. 


We are currently seeking a part-time position (approximately 15 to 20 hours per week) to provide administrative support to the CEO and execute research projects at his direction. 



Key Responsibilities:


 



  • Conduct research and gather market demographics based on potential new product offerings for specific industries
  • Provide general administrative support including; preparing expense reports, making travel arrangements, scheduling appointments and meetings, answering phone calls.

 


The successful candidate will be-



  • Experienced with conducing research and have internet sourcing skills
  • organized and have excellent writing and communications skills


  • proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • proactive, flexible and an overall team player
