Job Description:

National Trading Firm Headquartered in Jersey City, New Jersey is looking for a Executive Vice President.

Qualifications: Must possess strong track record of achieving sales goals.​

The ideal candidate is someone who is intelligent, well educated, professional, polished, and articulate, with good interpersonal skills and knowledge of labor laws/​employee relations.​

Position Purpose/​ Responsibilities:

q       Partner with CEO to understand business goals.

q       Manage the sales process, from the sourcing leads to negotiating final deals.​

q       Work with ​management to identify process improvements and make recommendations for change.​

q       Build relationships with outside lead sources.

q       A good knowledge of trading and trading systems.​

q       A basic understanding of the company’s organizational structure.​

-Minimum 5 years of experience

-Series 7 a Must

-Strong Management experience is a must
