GES Exposition Services, a leading tradeshow and event marketing company, is seeking a high energy, growth –oriented professional with demonstrated leadership abilities, integrity and passion for hassle –free service for the position of Part Time Exhibitor Services Coordinator at our Orlando, Florida facility.
FUNCTION:
To handle exhibitor inquiries (primary via telephone) and follow- up appropriately with internal customers.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responds to customer inquiries.
Coordinate with all lines of business
Telemarketing (where applicable)
Showsite follow-up (where applicable)
Travel as required.
Ability to work nights and weekends.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
High School
AA Degree preferred
1-3 years Telemarketing, Call center, Retail Sales, Exhibit display house,
Customer Service
Broad- based computer experience including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and others.
Good oral and written communication skills
Organizational skills
Basic Math
