Description:
Volt Services Group is currently looking for experienced collections representatives to work for companies in Moorpark, Simi Valley and Chatsworth. These positions will involve placing outbound collection calls on past due personal accounts or corporate accounts. Reps may also be responsible for any research, skip tracing or record maintenance involved in collection process.

Requirements:
This position requires 2-3 years of experience in collections, call center settings preferred. Must have strong communication skills, strong negotiation skills as well as the ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.
