This Position is Responsible For:
• Inbound calls only! • Respond to a high volume of telephone inquiries to book travel reservations. • Utilize selling techniques to meet revenue and conversion goals. • Identifying sales opportunities that fit customers' travel needs. • Responsible for greeting customers in a courteous, friendly and professional manner. • Interact with multiple online systems while speaking with customers • Meet sales quotas and service objectives in a fast paced call center environment
Minimum Qualifications include:
• Previous sales experience preferred and an ability and desire to provide exceptional customer service. • Excellent typing, computer, and internet navigation skills. • Must pass background check and drug screen • Complete training as required to remain on the job • Must be willing to work any shift, day, evening, night, weekend and/or split shifts. • Qualify on pre-employment testing
