Keane currently seeks a Business Analyst/ Financials HR/EC PeopleSoft 9.1 Upgrade to join our team in Central Illinois Business purpose of the project: Work responsibilities would include supporting project team members during the requirements phase of the effort to identify fits and gaps with the new upgraded version of the Payroll module, creating or updating functional specifications, test case/script development, test execution, procedure and training development, and implementation activities. This individual would need to move seamlessly between payroll business processes to assist various team members with requirements and testing throughout the Upgrade project. The payroll application is considered critical and confidentiality is of utmost importance. The analyst must be highly accountable and have the appropriate maturity to handle sensitive information. Specific Job Responsibilities: •Support upgrade activities for the payroll applications using PeopleSoft North American Payroll •Provide support over requirements gathering, testing, training and implementation tasks, for multiple payroll processes, but specifically around payroll federal, state, local tax processing and deduction processing •Coordinate PeopleSoft tax updates with the service support team Qualified candidates must have: •Excellent written and verbal communication skills This is a full-time salaried position with Keane.
