The Position:
Customer Service Representative
The friendly voice on the phone, the CSR will be responsible for handling heavy inbound and outbound calls. Duties include, but are not limited to, handling customer/store inquiries, updates, and issues, making outbound calls to schedule service appointments, staying in contact with the drivers throughout the day, updating the drivers' positions, answering driver questions, and updating customers as necessary. This proactive role will recognize problems early and make sure to keep customers informed of any delays. There will also be administrative duties assigned to each position. Computer experience with Windows based applications is a must. Experience in the fitness industry is a definite plus.
