Our client,
located in Sussex County, DE, is currently seeking an Experienced Electrical
Engineer with experience in PIN diode switch design.

Description:

Responsible
for the design, development, construction, and project management support of assemblies
for military, communication, aerospace and related applications. Products may include
PIN diode switches, frequency translators, and microwave filters.

Functional Details:

•Coordinate
design from customer concept through production release

•Design
and/or modify product design documentation

•Determine
product configuration

•Plan and
schedules product development

•Improve
existing design for manufacturability

•Provide
direct testing and bench analysis support

•Support
product return troubleshooting and root-cause analysis

•Serve as
technical mentor and production support

•Develop and
improve engineering based policies and procedures

Required Skills:

Bachelor’s
degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline and a minimum of 3 years
related experience.

•Strong
technical verbal and written communication essential for interaction with
customer, suppliers, production support and technical engineers

•Familiar
with microwave filter topologies including: cavity, lumped element, ceramics,
suspended substrate, and thin film

•Genesys and
Solidworks software experience preferred

•Project
management skills to coordinate design to production development preferred

•Military
security clearance preferred
