Clarian Health has an immediate need for an onsite HR Consultant. The position exists to design, develop, and administer innovative recruiting and staffing services that support the dynamic corporate culture and vision.
We are seeking a customer service oriented and highly experienced professional with an extensive and proven success track record in recruiting. Additionally, candidate must be entergetic, highly efficient and organized; comfortable with change, mulit-tasking and project management responsibilities.
Expert knowledge in managing applicant tracking systems and Internet sourcing of diverse candidates for a large volume of various positions is essential.
Additionally, the successful and talented candidate will serve in a leadership capacity or as a member of a team in the continual improvement of human resource processes and in reducing work from the system to create a more efficient and streamlined organization. Consults and guides management, other human resource personnel, and employees regarding resource planning, interviewing, hiring, retention of staff, program application, refinement, and interpretation. Markets Clarian Health to external organizations and individuals in efforts to recruit qualified applicants. Participates in both internal and external career education and recruitment to health professions.
QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
- Requires a Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Requires experience in the design; development; and administration of human resource programs.
- Requires detailed knowledge of internet sourcing and recruiting practices.
- Requires progressive growth experiences in this field usually indicated by 5 or more years of experience in this type of role.
- Requires broad knowledge of complex work environment and human resource practices.
- Requires extensive knowledge and understanding of various aspects of human resource practices and in-depth experience in 1-2 functional areas of human resources.
- Requires excellent communication with proficiency in written communication; large group presentation and interaction with senior leadership as well as persuasive verbal skills.
- Requires personal computer proficiency in using various systems and software applications.
- Requires analytical skills in order to research; design; and implement new and innovative human resource programs/policies.
- Requires ability to guide the application of regulations and laws (e.g. ; FLSA; COBRA; ADA; FMLA; etc) in the work place.
- Requires the ability to work as a part of a team and provide leadership and influence management in human resource/employer matters in the continual improvement of work processes.
- Requires proven ability to work independently; make sound business judgments in ambiguous situations.
- Requires professional judgment and diplomacy in handling unexpected problems and frequent interruptions.
