Due to company growth, exciting opportunity for experienced medical collectors with exceptional interpersonal skills to work for our Nashville based client. Medical collectors confer by phone to assist in resolving unpaid healthcare accounts (first party and third party) - identifying reason for non payment.
Responsibilities may include verifying insurance information adding/revising demographics, analyzing credit information, establishing payment arrangements, recording information about financial status of patients and status of collections efforts timely and accurately.
3-5 years MEDICAL COLLECTIONS EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED
Must be detail-oriented with excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving skills and a high degree of integrity.
Must be computer literate
