About the Job
We are a Wholesale/Retail Mortgage Lender licensed in multiple States with
several others pending.
We are an A-Paper lender offering Conforming,
Non-Conforming, Jumbo, FHA, VA, USDA, FHA/VA Streamline and DU Refi-Plus at
rates that ICON Advisory consistently rates in the “Top Five”.
We have a
management team with over 20 years experience.
What can we offer:
We offer you the back office and management support you deserve while
allowing you to run the type of business you have always wanted.

you an 70% commission split, paid W-2 with no hidden fees, charges or
exclusions.
We will give you “Second to None” processing, underwriting and
turn-times on all of your deals, all in house. (Current turn times are 24-hours
from submission to approval.)
We provide “World-Class Management and
Support” who’s only goal is “Your Success”.
The ability to originate in any
State we are licensed. You will NEVER be assigned or restricted to a
“Territory”.
Access to Commercial Lending institutions and Private Banks who
fund loans over $1.5mm.
What we need from you:
You MUST have a
minimum of two-year’s verifiable Mortgage Origination experience in the A-Paper
market
You must have a high degree of knowledge of the entire loan process
from origination to closing.
You must have a through understanding of all
Conventional, Non-Conventional and Government Loan Programs.
You must be
proficient in MS Office, Encompass, and other applications as directed by
Corporate.
You must be able to work without direct supervision from your
home office and/or in the field.
You must possess the drive, discipline,
professionalism, integrity and determination needed to succeed.
You MUST be
licensed in the State(s) you wish to originate.
