Tenacity Mortgage is looking for experienced mortgage telemarketers to work out of our White Marsh headquarters.

You will be required to make outbound calls to homeowners with the goal of initiating an application for a refinance. Once the client expresses interest the telemarketer will transfer the call to an experienced loan officer.

You will receive an hourly wage along with 2 potential bonuses. The first bonus would be monthly based on the number of live transfers generated during the month. The 2nd bonus would be paid on each transfer that eventually becomes a closed loan. This part time job has the potential to earn $50,000+.
