Experienced Project Manager for Rapidly Growing Healthcare SaaS Company
Rapidly growing SaaS (Software as a Service) company serving the
healthcare industry is looking for an experienced Project Manager to
join our Newton, MA based team.
The successful candidate will have five to eight years of proven
project management experience, preferably in a healthcare or technical
field. The candidate will manage strategic implementation projects of
high-value workflow automation services targeted for patient transition
management in the healthcare industry. The candidate will drive our
implementation process, exhibiting strong project leadership and
communication skills with key customer and internal contacts throughout
project execution. This is a full-time position based in our Newton,
Massachusetts headquarters and will report to the Manager, Client
Technology.
The candidate should enjoy working in a fast-paced yet agile,
collaborative environment. The candidate should exhibit a history of
effective project management and be flexible to work both on-site as
well as remotely. Estimated travel is 25-35% - 5-8 days per month.
Additional consideration will be made for candidates with project management certification.
Qualifications:
• College degree from an accredited institution
• 5 – 8 years proven project management experience
• Demonstrated track record in running concurrent projects to successful outcomes
• Proven capability in managing multi-disciplined teams
Skills:
• Verbal and written communication skills with customers and internal staff are essential
• Strong project leadership working collaboratively with internal and external resources as well as independently
• Understanding of SaaS applications and services
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Internet Explorer, Project Management tools
• Comfortable running meetings, both on-site and remotely; experience with remote presentation tools
• Accountability to successfully deliver projects on defined schedule
• Demonstrates initiative and adept at overcoming challenges of
complex projects as well as simpler, concurrently running projects
• Strong facilitator with high degree of flexibility
