Our client, based out of Lancaster, PA with offices across the US, is currently seeking an expert in Commercial Rig/Aerial Truck design and manufacturing to become an accident reconstruction expert.  This is a full time, direct opportunity complete with competitive salary and benefits.

Relocation assistance will be provided to any of our facilities in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and South Carolina.

Interested candidates should review the following requirements:

•           Bachelor of Science in Engineering

•           10+ years heavy truck design experience

•           Knowledge of all systems of the truck and how they work: Candidate should an expert in Commercial Rig/Aerial Truck design and should be familiar with transmissions, gears, braking processes, drive trains, airbags, manufacturing processes, structural components, and the commercial trucking industry as a whole.

•           OEM design and/or manufacturing experience

•           Strong technical, analytical and communication skills

•           The ideal candidate will be able to take their industry knowledge and apply it to accident reconstruction cases to determine speed, degree and points of impact visibility, and other accident related factors

•           Some interstate travel may be required.

Pluses:

•           EIT or PE license

•           Impact development and energy management experience
