Responsibilities/Duties
Candidate will be responsible for scheduling and overseeing the activities of second and third shift AMI customer support.
Responsibilities also include providing first and second level technical support for AMI (advanced metering infrastructure) projects. Candidate be will responsible for on-demand troubleshooting of the Windows based AMI application using different logs provided by the application, system failures on the OS level.
Candidate will interact with other support leads of the AMI support group and engineers of product development. Must exhibit excellent trouble shooting skills and be able to communicate complex situations clearly. Should have good group personnel and customer relationship skills, needs to be able to work flexible work hours in high stress environment.
