This location is looking for a Hotel Manager

The Value Place is a limited service, long term stay hotel that offers its customers a clean, low cost, safe, and simple place to stay.  This is a fast growing industry that is looking for excellent candidates to fill staffing needs.  This position is permanent, pending a 90 day probation, offers competitive wages, and stability.

We expect all our employees to carry the company values and ethics through every step of their employment.  The Property Manager is responsible for generating profit to meet or exceed budget expectations while maintaining operational and guest service standards.  They also manage property operations and supervise housekeeping staff, front office, and maintenance functions.  In addition to this massive amount of responsibility, Property Managers are also responsible for safety, recruitment, and marketing of their hotel.

Requirements Include

·         Passing Drug Test

·         Passing  Background Check

·         Associates Degree

·         7 years minimum of leadership experience
