We currently have the following opportunity available:

Exterior Store Sign Specialist

Responsible for direct management of remodel and/or new store sign projects.

Coordinates the approval of sign drawings and installation of exterior signage for all T.J.Maxx, Marshalls, HomeGoods and A.J. Wright stores.

Reviews proposals & invoices to ensure compliance with vendor contracts and pre-approves for final Management signature.

Provides Sign Vendors, Construction Project Managers and Management a report detailing the current status of all projects on a continuous basis.

Assists in the establishment and maintenance of the sign budget.

Manages new store pre-opening “Coming Soon/Now Open” signage

Resolves sign warranty issues

Qualifications

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

General construction knowledge strongly preferred

Must be highly organized, with a tremendous sense of detail

Absolutely must posses the skills to prioritize multiple projects in an extremely fast-paced environment

Must be completely results oriented, and driven to get the work completed in a timely and accurate manner

Must be computer savvy, strong excel skills required

Must have very strong communication skills, and the strong ability to work with others in a team environment, in order to ensure timely delivery of projects
