FACILITIES OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

Currently, we are seeking an experienced Facilities Operations Coordinator to support the Facilities Management team located in Dallas, TX.


Provide leadership for the Facilities Management function at the World Headquarters facility of Kimberly-Clark Corporation in Dallas, TX. The facility consists of approximately 120,000 square feet of class A office space occupied by approximately 180 employees and contractors. Facilities Management scope includes operations/maintenance, security, janitorial, grounds, space planning, food services, environment, safety and mailroom.

Basic Qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree in a related field such as engineering, architecture, or other technical field and 10+ years of facilities management experience is required. A track record of leading teams both technically and for performance as well as experience with governance over performance based service contracts is required. Candidate must be proficient on the computer using MS Office products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Preferred Qualifications:
Certified Facilities Management (CFM) designation a plus.
