FAMILY/PEDIATRIC NURSE PRACTITIONER (FT)

Port Chester, NY looking for a Family/Pediatric Nurse Practitioner for our School Based Health Center. We are looking for an experienced pediatric or family nurse practitioner.  The position is 70% clinical work and 30% administrative duties.  Patient population is urban, school age, and predominantly Hispanics.  Clinical responsibilities include diagnosis and treatment of acute medical issues as seen in an outpatient practice as well providing reproductive health care and education.  Administrative duties include oversight of one Patient Care Technician; monthly statistics on clinic usage; policy review and creation; participation in meetings; health education; and working with school administration.  Spanish-language skills and experience in care of the underserved strongly preferred.
